These purchase and service terms cover the Cognival storefront, including AI Money Plays. Here is what you pay for, how you receive it, and how to get help.
The short version
- Pay once for digital products. Your checkout total includes only the product and extras you select. Prices are in U.S. dollars; this checkout adds no extra tax.
- Get your files after verified payment. Optional offers may appear before the download page. You can skip them and keep what you already bought.
- Every digital product has a 30-day full-refund guarantee. Service bookings have separate scheduling and scope terms below.
- Tools are separate. A guide or system package does not include third-party subscriptions, hosting, generation credits or done-for-you work unless the offer explicitly says so.
- No income is guaranteed. These are learning materials and workflows, not a promise of sales, clients or profit.

Digital products
Access is delivered right after verified payment. You may use the included files for your own projects and client work. You may not resell or redistribute the paid Cognival package as your own product. Separately licensed open-source components, such as the included Caveman skill (MIT), remain governed by their own licenses.
Free AI Money Plays updates
Your $27 AI Money Plays purchase includes free updates to that guide and its included bonuses forever. Keep your purchase email to reopen the current downloads. Separately sold premium packages, services, third-party subscriptions and usage credits are separate purchases.
Service offers
AI OF Model, 1-on-1 AI Strategy Call, and Custom AI Agent are service offers. Payment reserves onboarding and delivery capacity; it does not guarantee earnings, platform approval, a specific audience result, or a result outside the stated scope. You must provide accurate project information, lawful source material, and timely feedback.
Scope review
After payment, complete the secure onboarding questionnaire. Before substantive work begins, Cognival will confirm the service deliverables, formats, supported integrations and workflows where applicable, milestones, acceptance plan, ownership and license, revision limits, support window, and delivery timing in writing. If a request falls outside the advertised scope, we will offer a revised written scope or refund the affected service before substantive work begins. Additional integrations, workflows, revisions, or deliverables require a separate written agreement.
Strategy-call scheduling
Verified payment opens the questionnaire. Submitting it reveals the scheduling calendar. Contact support as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. Completed calls and missed appointments are final; Cognival may allow a reasonable reschedule based on availability. The recording and written 90-day action plan are delivered by email within five business days after the completed call.
Approvals and delivery
Service timelines begin after complete onboarding and any required assets are received. You are responsible for reviewing approvals, platform policies, claims, and final outputs before publication. Custom builds include only the implementation, tests, handoff, and support described on the offer page or in a later written scope.
Payment and access
Prices are in U.S. dollars. The price shown at checkout is the amount charged; no additional tax is added by this checkout. Stripe or PayPal handles the payment method you choose. Cognival never receives your card number.
Download access and service onboarding require a settled, non-refunded, non-disputed order. A refund, reversal or dispute disables access to that order. Keep your order number and access link; contact support if you cannot find them.
Optional upgrades after payment
Your original purchase is already yours. You do not need an upgrade to receive it. The five-system package is a separate $49.99 one-time purchase with its own checkout. It contains the five system packages, not the full Automation Playbook. Existing owners of the included systems skip this offer.
The next optional offer is Complete Cognival AI University for $179, followed by your downloads. Each upgrade requires your explicit purchase. Use the available payment button or PayPal option; eligible saved-payment purchases may require provider verification. Skipping either offer does not charge you or remove your existing downloads. Community and strategy-call offers are sent separately by email.
How to request a digital-product refund
- Email Solutions@cognival.co within 30 days of purchase.
- Include your order number and the product you want refunded. If you lost the number, include the delivery email and purchase date so we can help locate it.
- We refund the full price of the affected digital purchase. The refunded order loses download access. Your payment provider controls when the refund appears in your account.
What these materials do not promise
Examples show ways to use AI, not guaranteed earnings or typical results. Your results depend on your work, costs, market and buyers. You are responsible for lawful use of source materials, consent for voice or likeness use, and checking platform rules before publishing. Third-party tools can change their features and pricing.
