Purchase & service terms.
These standalone terms govern purchases made through the Cognival systems storefront. They explain what happens after an inline purchase.
Digital systems
AI Video & Creator System, AI Automation & Agent Builder, Complete Cognival AI University, and any digital order bump are digital products. Access is delivered after verified payment. Because access is immediate, digital purchases are final except where a refund is required by applicable law. You may use included Cognival files for your own projects and client work, but you may not resell or redistribute the paid Cognival package as your own product. Separately licensed open-source components remain governed by their included licenses.
Service offers
AI OF Model, 1-on-1 AI Strategy Call, and Custom AI Agent are service offers. Payment reserves onboarding and delivery capacity; it does not guarantee earnings, platform approval, a specific audience result, or a result outside the stated scope. You must provide accurate project information, lawful source material, and timely feedback.
Scope review
After payment, complete the secure onboarding questionnaire. Before substantive work begins, Cognival will confirm the service deliverables, formats, supported integrations and workflows where applicable, milestones, acceptance plan, ownership and license, revision limits, support window, and delivery timing in writing. If a request falls outside the advertised scope, we will offer a revised written scope or refund the affected service before substantive work begins. Additional integrations, workflows, revisions, or deliverables require a separate written agreement.
Strategy-call scheduling
Verified payment opens the questionnaire. Submitting it reveals the scheduling calendar. Contact support as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. Completed calls and missed appointments are final; Cognival may allow a reasonable reschedule based on availability. The recording and written 90-day action plan are delivered by email within five business days after the completed call.
Approvals and delivery
Service timelines begin after complete onboarding and any required assets are received. You are responsible for reviewing approvals, platform policies, claims, and final outputs before publication. Custom builds include only the implementation, tests, handoff, and support described on the offer page or in a later written scope.
Payment and access
Prices are in U.S. dollars. The price shown at checkout is the amount charged; no additional tax is added by this checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe or PayPal, depending on the method you choose. Download access and service onboarding require a settled, non-refunded, non-disputed order. Reversed payments disable order access.
