Storefront privacy.
This notice explains how Cognival Coaching handles information collected through the Cognival systems storefront, free-kit form, inline checkout, confirmation page, and service onboarding.
Information you provide
We collect the contact and order information needed for the action you request. This can include your name, email, selected product and order options, payment status, order identifiers, and support messages. Free-kit delivery uses your name and email. Service onboarding can also include your business, goal, audience, tools, examples, timing, and the project context you choose to submit.
Payment information
Card, Link, and supported wallet payments are processed by Stripe. PayPal payments are processed by PayPal. Cognival receives payment status, order identifiers, payer contact information made available by the processor, and the purchase metadata needed for fulfillment. Cognival does not receive or store your full card number or PayPal password.
Delivery and onboarding systems
Cognival uses LeadConnector / GoHighLevel for requested email delivery, contact records, and service-onboarding notes. Vercel hosts the storefront and server functions. The Cognival AI Club opens an external Skool page; Skool applies its own privacy and membership terms when you visit or join.
Measurement
The storefront uses Meta browser and server-side measurement to understand page visits and completed purchases. Measurement data can include page URL, browser information, IP address, campaign parameters, event identifiers, purchase value, and hashed contact data used for matching where permitted. Your browser or device controls may limit cookies or tracking.
How we use information
- Deliver the free kit, downloads, confirmation links, onboarding, and support you request.
- Verify settled orders and prevent duplicate or unauthorized access.
- Schedule and fulfill services, document an accepted scope, and communicate about delivery.
- Maintain transaction, compliance, security, and customer-service records.
- Measure storefront performance and improve the buyer experience.
Do not submit secrets
Do not place passwords, API keys, payment credentials, government identifiers, or unnecessary sensitive personal data in the free-kit, mentorship, or service-onboarding forms. Cognival will arrange a separate approved method if a scoped project later requires authorized system access.
Retention and requests
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide access and services, maintain transaction and legal records, resolve disputes, and protect the storefront. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, email Solutions@cognival.co. Some order and compliance records may need to be retained.
